The Craft Carver is great for wood carving of all types, with a handle length of approximately 13.5 inches and a blade width of roughly 4 1/4 to 4 3/8 inches. The overall weight of the axe without a sheath is approximately 750 grams or 26.5 ounces. The flat, Scandi edge is ground at 30 degrees for optimum carving performance. With an ergonomically sculpted handle curved and shaped to compliment the axe head in performance, this tool will be a joy to use for many generations. The Craft Carver also comes in an octagonal variant, which can help index the axe better. The Craft Carver is designed by Austrian woodcarver Maximilian Neukäufler from Woodsmans Finest.
